What if you don't like it?
We think you will be delighted but if you decide not to keep any of your purchases and from the UK return unwanted articles to us in new and re-saleable condition within 30 days of delivery we will, whichever you prefer, either [1] replace (subject to availability), or [2] refund your account the amount you had paid us. If you return something because you have changed your mind, your return postage costs are not normally refunded.

If you are sending back a rug which arrived rolled, please be sure to send back in the same way (folding the rug across the weft will permanently damage it). If your product came protected with a stiffener, please use that to protect the product on return.

Please value hand craft in preference to the uniformity of machine made articles!
Our products are not machine made so the human characteristics of craft are to be expected, including some size and colour variations.

Please include in and on the parcel your order reference number, as shown on your dispatch note. Be sure also to include a note to say whether you would like to exchange, or to have a refund of what you had paid us.
